Spring Break 2015

Three weeks ago we headed to Destin for the remainder of the girls spring break. Trey had been traveling at the beginning of the week, so we went for the weekend before school started back. We stayed at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort and had a great time!

After lunch, we let the girls have fun doing the zipline and the ropes course. They had a little ropes course for Ashton and a bigger one for Kaylyn.

She was so excited that they had one just the right size for her!

This sweet thing had a blast and they let her do the course multiple times before she stopped.

And loved every minute of it.

Once she finished going one direction, she got to come back the opposite direction.

When Kaylyn was done with the zipline, she did the bigger ropes course.

And during all of the fun, Delaney took a nap.

The next day, we went to the beach. The water was freezing, but the weather was perfect. I ended up sitting in the chair with Delaney (she fell asleep while Trey was setting everything up) for the most part, but Trey and the girls went swimming, kayaking and played in the sand.

(I definitely wasn't disappointed that I didn't get to go in...I need it like bath water first)

Sweet baby finally decided to wake up and enjoy her first trip to the beach.

And this little thing had so much fun! She played and played and loved going kayaking.

Our day ended when the fog rolled in, but we had a great time until then.

I look forward to many more quick trips that we go on as a family and making memories that will last a lifetime!
