Pictures, Pictures & More Pictures

It seems like just yesterday we were celebrating Delaney's 1st birthday and now we've had Thanksgiving, a trip to Atlanta, Christmas and it's already 2016!?! Life got crazy and I got behind, but with a sweet little nudge and someone telling me how much they enjoy these posts, I'm determined to get caught up..and definitely sooner rather than later.

Before my posts for our trip to Snow Mountain and Christmas, there needed to be a photo "dump." I hope you LOVE pictures as much as I do, because if you're still reading, you're about to see a bunch! Enjoy!!!

My sweet girl was able to cheer on her dear friend Katy and the rest of the DMS Volleyball team in their championship game.

The girls and I and Kaylyn's friend Sydney went to the Veteran's Day Parade with friends.

Sydney and Kaylyn

Me and sweet D who desperately wanted to get in the middle of the road with everyone that was in the parade.

Happy 13 Months Delaney!

Cheerleading Friends

Ashton lost her 2nd tooth on 11/20/15. She was so excited!

The girls were invited to cheer on the Lady Noles Basketball team.

Tallahassee had an ice skating rink and Trey and the girls tried it out.

Thanksgiving 2015

Trey ran in the Turkey Trot first thing that morning.

The girls and I relaxed at the house...

Me & My Girl

Later, we went to Grandma and Boppa's house for Thanksgiving lunch.

Silly sisters!

Oh how I would love for one of my girls to play the piano!

After a 6 mile walk, she was all tuckered out. And look at those lashes!

One of my awesome anniversary presents was this "Mama Said" shirt that I'd been eyeing for a while. It's quickly become one of my favs...sorry if you see me in it too often.

These two have such a sweet relationship. And that doesn't mean that they don't aggravate the mess out of each other, but then there are times like these that I love to witness. Delaney LOVES to give sissy kisses!

Our sweet Ashton had her Christmas program for school at the beginning of December. She only wanted Trey, Delaney and I there (YaYa had school), so that's what we did. She looked so beautiful in her new dress.

I knew she was very nervous the morning of, so I wasn't sure how things would go. There were definitely some tears when she first came in the Sanctuary, but boy did she smile pretty once she gained her composure.

The picture quality isn't great, but you can still see that pretty smile!

A few days later, we went to visit Santa. Let's just say that Santa was a big hit with Ashton, but definitely not with Delaney.

I feel like a horrible mom, but I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this picture! Every time that I look at it, it makes me giggle. I think it's hilarious that you have Ashton and Santa with their best smiles and then poor Delaney is losing it!

Y'all, she may want to kill me one day, but I had to take pictures of her in her bloomers and tights. Isn't she the cutest!?!

Sweet girl!

This shirt is one of my favorites! It's 12 years old and ALL 3 of the girls have worn it.

We decorated the tree while Delaney was sleeping with the hopes that it wouldn't be as attractive as if she saw us doing it. Well, it was the VERY FIRST thing that she noticed when she woke up that day (you know...one of the lucky days where she fell asleep in her carseat and I was able to transfer her to her room in it). I'm not one to "baby proof" so she learned "no" pretty quickly and did a great job with not messing with them and only occasionally touching to see how pretty the ornaments were.

This hair!

Ashton had her sweet friend Claire over and they decided that Delaney would be cute in the baby doll stroller. She loved it.

Happy 14 Months Delaney!
I didn't get a very good picture, but this was a big day because it was the day that we moved Delaney out of her infant carseat and into her convertible carseat.

Delaney learned that she has a new favorite activity and it's playing in the toilets...yuck!!!! I told Trey to shut the lid and close the door, but he didn't listen, so we had to have a middle of the day bath when I found her elbow deep in it.

Happily Chaotic. It's the name of this blog and the theme of our lives, but I wouldn't have it any other way. This is real life...our life!

Up next, our trip to Snow Mountain and then Christmas...
