DMS Cheer Banquet

On February 24th Kaylyn celebrated the end of her first cheer season with Deerlake at their annual cheer banquet. It was a very nice night that included dinner, awards and lots of middle school girl laughter.

I'll be the first to admit that I wasn't sure what to expect going into the year, but it was such a wonderful experience for Kaylyn and for us. The coaches were incredible and put so much time into the team (they truly care about our girls) and Kaylyn's cheer friends are some of the sweetest girls that I've ever met.

Ashton should be the little sister to all of the girls on the team. They love "stunting" with her and she loves it too!

We were so happy to celebrate our sweet girl.

These are two of the sweetest ladies I've met. From tryouts to camp and the whole cheer season, they made Kaylyn's first year cheering a great one!

Cali and Lauren were the captains and did an amazing job! They will definitely be missed next year, but I'm sure they will do great at Chiles. Good luck girls!

The night was a perfect end to a great season and now we're looking forward to tryouts for next year. Kaylyn could not be more excited!
